The Renaissance Center will be transformed into a bridal show and expo on Feb. 24.

From noon to 3 p.m., Feb. 24, the interior of the Joliet Junior College Renaissance Center will be transformed into wedding central. Vendors offering anything from the traditional to the trendy will be on hand all day. Attendees will be treated to a vendor fair, a bridal fashion show and tips from wedding and event planner Susan Stockwell.

"As the expert wedding planner in the Will County area, I promise to alleviate your stress by getting your wedding event planning off to a great start," Stockwell said in a written release. "The Bridal Show and Expo is a “One Stop” Shop for all of the vendors and services needed to make your wedding day as breathtaking as you have imagined."

Stockwell's presentation is set for 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. with the bridal fashion show from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Fashions for the show are provided by Martellen’s Bridal Shop and Savvi Formal Wear. Tickets to the show and expo are $10.

In conjunction with the expo, an Italian-themed lunch buffet will be available to attendees and community members for $12.95 per person.

For more information, call Stockwell at 815-280-1404 or by emailing sstockwe@jjc.edu.
