Erica Lynn Madding, 30, of the 2100 block of Route 113, Wilmington, was arrested by Romeoville police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of retail theft over $300, police said.
April 18
David Allen Muzzey, 53, of the 19000 block of Jacquie, Romeoville, was arrested by Lockport police and charged with residential burglarly, according to Will County jail records.
